Job summary

Acuity International is seeking a recruiter to bring medical facilities into our worldwide provider network. The role requires extensive phone work, cold calling, and pricing negotiations with facilities both in the United States and internationally.

You will document, report, and credential providers as part of the recruitment process. The candidate will understand commercial and government contract requirements, interact with program managers, and contribute to team efforts to achieve Acuity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in provider recruitment or healthcare staffing preferred.
• Ability to perform high-volume outbound calls and maintain professional relationships.
• Proficiency with MS Office and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Recruit medical facilities and clinics for Acuity's provider network.
• Develop and maintain a self-generated list of recruitment opportunities.
• Understand territory and secure provider coverage.
• Negotiate pricing and manage provider agreements within guidelines.
• Set up and maintain provider information; run reports to support recruitment.
