Job summary

Acuity International is seeking a recruiter to bring medical facilities into its worldwide provider network. You will conduct extensive outbound calling and pricing negotiations with CONUS and OCONUS facilities, building strong relationships and managing provider information in our systems.

Responsibilities include sourcing opportunities, securing coverage, credentialing coordination, and reporting to support Acuity’s Occupational Health Services business line.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 5–6 years of experience, with 2–3 years in medical facility recruitment.
• Able to participate in cross-department project groups to integrate activities and resolve issues.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills are required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and common office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit medical facilities and clinics for Acuity’s Occupational Health Services line.
• Develop a self-generated list of recruitment opportunities through research and networking.
• Understand geographic territory and secure appropriate provider coverage.
• Build relationships with facility staff and respond promptly to communications.
• Negotiate pricing on agreements and addendums with providers within guidelines.
• Set up and maintain facility information in systems and run reports to support recruitment.
• Coordinate credentialing paperwork and work with Credentialing Manager.
• Resolve complex issues by running advanced reports and handling provider calls professionally.
• Communicate with Program Managers and stakeholders to resolve issues and support goals.
• Attend meetings as requested and assist with special projects as directed.
