Acuity International is seeking a recruiter to bring medical facilities into its worldwide provider network. The role requires extensive phone work, cold calling, and pricing negotiation with facilities CONUS and OCONUS.

You will also manage documentation, credentialing coordination, and reporting in support of Provider Network Operations. All duties align with professional standards and ethics, and you will report to the Provider Network Operations Manager.

Formación

• High School Diploma and 5-6 years of experience, with 2-3 years of experience specific to medical facility recruitment.
• Ability to participate in interdepartmental project groups or task forces and support marketing/sales objectives.
• Demonstrated comfort with negotiation process required.
• Follows safety policy and maintains clean, safe work area.
• Assists in compliance with OSHA VPP, ISO, JCAHO, AAAHC, NRCME and related standards.
• Proficiency with MS Office and common office equipment, and with computers.

Responsabilidades

• Professionally recruits medical facilities and clinics for Occupational Health Services initiatives.
• Develops and communicates a self-generated list of recruitment opportunities through research and networking.
• Manages geographic territory and secures appropriate provider coverage.
• Builds and maintains relationships with facility providers and office staff; responds to communications.
• Negotiates pricing on agreements/addendums with provider representatives within guidelines.
• Collects and disseminates Provider Service Agreement paperwork and coordinates credentialing.
• Resolves complex issues by running advanced reports and handling provider calls.
• Ensures compliance with contract requirements and communicates with stakeholders.
• Participates with managers to identify solutions and delegate projects.
• Works as part of a team to achieve Acuity goals; attends meetings as requested.
