Acuity International is seeking a recruiter to source and recruit medical facilities into its worldwide provider network, serving as the primary liaison with extensive phone work and pricing negotiations for CONUS and OCONUS opportunities.

The role emphasizes research, networking, and proactive outreach to build provider coverage while collaborating with program managers to address issues and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Formación

• High School Diploma required with 5–6 years of experience, including 2–3 years in medical facility recruitment.
• Strong negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills to support recruitment and pricing efforts.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to generate reports and manage provider data.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit medical facilities and clinics for Acuity's provider network.
• Negotiate pricing on agreements and addendums with provider representatives.
• Develop and maintain lists of recruitment opportunities through research and networking.
• Understand geographic territory and secure appropriate provider coverage.
• Coordinate provider credentialing and documentation with internal teams.
