Job summary

Acuity International seeks a skilled recruiter to recruit medical facilities for its worldwide provider network. The role involves extensive cold calling, pricing negotiations, and multi-tasking across sourcing, documentation, and reporting.

You will work with the Provider Network Operations Manager to build coverage in CONUS and OCONUS regions, ensure compliance with applicable standards, and coordinate credentialing and paperwork.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience, with 2-3 years of experience specific to medical facility recruitment.
• Comfort with negotiation process.
• Follows safety and compliance standards (OSHA VPP, ISO, JCAHO, AAAHC, NRCME).
• Proficient with MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Recruit medical facilities and clinics for Occupational Health Services.
• Develop a self-generated list of recruitment opportunities via research and networking.
• Understand geographic territory and secure provider coverage.
• Build relationships with facility providers and staff; respond to communications.
• Negotiate pricing on agreements with provider representatives within guidelines.
• Use software to set up and maintain facility information and run reports.
• Collect and disseminate all Provider Service Agreement paperwork; identify credentialing contacts.
• Resolve complex issues by running advanced reports and handling provider calls.
• Communicate with Program Managers and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Participate with Manager to identify solutions and delegate projects.
• Attend meetings and perform miscellaneous duties.
