Acuity International is seeking a recruiter to bring medical facilities into its worldwide provider network. The role requires extensive phone work, cold calling, and pricing negotiations with CONUS and OCONUS facilities.

You will document, report, and manage credentialing workflows while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must have strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience in recruiting medical facilities or similar B2B programs is preferred.
• Ability to research markets, manage data, and generate reports.

Responsibilities

• Recruit medical facilities and clinics for the provider network.
• Develop and maintain a list of recruitment opportunities through research and networking.
• Understand geography and secure provider coverage within territory.
• Build relationships with facility staff and respond promptly to communications.
• Learn pricing details and negotiate agreements within guidelines.
• Use software to set up facility information and run recruitment reports.
• Coordinate credentialing paperwork and interact with Credentialing Manager.
• Resolve complex issues and generate advanced reports as needed.
