Job summary

Carazo Group seeks a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to drive cross-border projects end-to-end from setup to completion. You will chase external parties, organize documentation, and ensure compliance and timely approvals across jurisdictions.

You will collaborate with the CEO and Operations Manager, manage project plans using Asana/Notion/ClickUp, and maintain audit-ready files while working fully remote as an independent contractor.

Qualifications

• Project coordination across administrative or operational initiatives.
• Excellent attention to detail and persistence to push tasks to completion.
• Experience navigating licenses, KYC, notaries, and government processes.
• Fluent written and spoken English for international communication.
• Comfort with project-management tools and document management.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end projects: certifications, licenses, and permits.
• Open international bank accounts and coordinate corporate filings.
• Prepare and track corporate documents and KYC files.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, and status; flag risks early.
• Provide clear status updates to leadership and assist with related tasks.
