Job summary

Comfrt is seeking a seasoned Production & Project Manager to oversee end-to-end production across all product categories, coordinating with global manufacturing partners to meet launch calendars and quality standards.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive strategic supply chain initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance across markets, while enabling speed-to-market and ongoing process improvements in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of apparel production management experience.
• 5+ years of people management and cross-functional leadership experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience from conception to completion.
• Expert knowledge of apparel production processes, timelines, and global compliance.
• Experience managing overseas vendors and large-scale production operations.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and digital collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end production across product categories and manage global vendors.
• Develop and maintain weekly WIP reports and production calendars.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Technical Design, and QA to ensure design intent and quality.
• Lead strategic supply chain projects and cross-functional workstreams.
• Identify risks, mitigate issues, and drive process improvements for speed and scale.
