Job summary

Carazo Enterprise SL seeks a senior leader to own and build out our international HR & recruitment function across multiple jurisdictions. You will design the org, processes, and KPIs, and lead a distributed team across time zones.

In this remote leadership role, you will implement the HR tech stack (HRIS and ATS), establish onboarding/offboarding programs, and drive time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and cost-per-hire while reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• International recruiting experience in the EU or USA – minimum 5 years.
• Proven experience managing and leading a team.
• Hands-on experience managing an HRIS (HR information system).
• Hands-on experience managing an ATS (applicant tracking system).
• Experience creating training programs for onboarding and offboarding, using tools such as Trainual, SweetProcess, or similar.
• Experience creating and managing KPIs for an HR/recruitment team.
• Strong, results-driven mindset with full ownership and accountability for outcomes.
• English at C1 level or higher (written and spoken).
• Proven experience building or scaling an HR/recruitment function from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Design the entire international HR & recruitment structure across multiple jurisdictions.
• Build end-to-end recruitment system: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers.
• Select, implement, and manage core HR tech stack: HRIS and ATS.
• Create structured onboarding and offboarding training programs and process documentation.
• Define, implement, and enforce a clear KPI framework with measurable targets.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a distributed team across countries/time zones.
• Track and drive metrics: time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, pipeline, cost-per-hire.
