Advantage HQ is seeking a proactive Project Manager for a fully remote, contracted role. You will support administrative tasks, manage internal projects, and onboard clients with timely processing of contracts and SOWs.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in project management within marketing or agencies, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Asana or Monday.com and G-Suite. You will collaborate across creative, strategy, and performance teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of project management experience, preferably in marketing or agency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Asana or Monday.com and G-Suite.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and preparing reports for management.
• Oversee internal project management tools to ensure tasks and deliverables are on track.
• Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring contracts and SOWs are processed promptly.
• Prepare and organize documents, decks, and presentations for meetings.
• Coordinate multiple projects across different streams, ensuring timelines, budgets, and KPIs are met.
• Communicate project progress to internal teams and clients regularly.
• Identify risks and proactively mitigate them with cross-functional teams.
