Job summary

CPG is seeking a Project Coordinator, Logistics to join its project management team on a remote basis. You will work with the Project Manager to prepare action plans, manage resources, timelines and budgets, and coordinate with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities include breaking projects into tasks, risk assessment, procurement oversight, maintaining documentation, and ensuring quality standards. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
• Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.
• Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
• Knowledge in file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
• Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
• Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
• Make sure that clients' needs are met as projects evolve.
• Help prepare budgets.
• Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
• Oversee project procurement management.
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
• Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
• Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance inspections.
• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
• Providing administrative support as needed.
• Undertaking project tasks as required.
• Developing project strategies.
• Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
• Other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
