Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Operations Lead to manage and optimize our remote operations from anywhere in the world. You will design workflows, improve processes, and enable productive virtual collaboration.

You will oversee day-to-day tasks, document procedures, and drive continuous improvement across time zones. Must have strong communication and a track record in decentralized operations; experience with Asana, Slack, and Zoom is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, or related field.
• 6+ years in operations management, remote-focused.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects in decentralized settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with PM software and collaboration tools (Asana, Slack, Zoom).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement remote operational processes.
• Oversee day-to-day tasks to ensure on-time project delivery.
• Create and maintain documentation for procedures and best practices.
• Foster effective communication across globally distributed teams.
• Identify tools to boost remote productivity and efficiency.
