Job summary

Catalyst Mobility is seeking a hands-on Head of Operations to run multiple workstreams, turning complex asks into structured projects in Monday.com. You’ll own execution, dependencies, and milestones, and work across remote teams to deliver billable and internal work.

Required: 5+ years managing programs, strong PMO experience, and proven use of AI tools like Claude/Copilot. Expect a fully remote role with strong self-management and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing projects or programs in professional services or grant-funded settings.
• Ability to execute with minimal direction and deliver results.
• Hands-on experience building project plans in Monday.com from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of internal projects from intake to close-out with minimal direction.
• Translate initiatives into fully structured Monday.com projects with milestones.
• Map dependencies and manage risks, blockers, and dependencies early.
• Keep the Head of Operations organized and consolidate status across projects.
• Draft correspondence and keep Teams channels organized for a remote team.
