Job summary

Flex is seeking a Global Program Manager in Austin, TX to ensure a seamless interface between the customer and Flex sites, focusing on tactical execution that affects strategic relationships and profitability. You will develop executive materials, translate complex data into clear messages, and lead PMO communications across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree with 10+ years in program administration/management or related area.
• Strong relationship skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to read and interpret complex data and present to executive management.
• Experience presenting to internal and external executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality executive presentations, business updates, and leadership communications.
• Translate complex information and data into clear, and compelling messages.
• Create content and storytelling for executive meetings, business reviews, town halls, and leadership discussions.
• Support the preparation of PowerPoint presentations, executive briefings, talking points, and written communications.
• PMO and business leaders to collect, organize, and synthesize information across multiple programs and initiatives.
• Help communicate key priorities, accomplishments, risks, and business outcomes.
• Coordinate / manage Global Customer business reviews on a quarterly basis.
• Input into Customer Contract development and ensures Contract requirements are adhered to by both operations and customers.
