Job summary

Cloud Software Group is seeking a Principal Operations Analyst, Flex Business Partner to lead strategic initiatives and translate programs into scalable operating models across GTM. You will drive design, launch, and operationalization with disciplined project management.

You will partner cross-functionally, define KPIs, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery from planning through rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement in a fast-growing cloud environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in operations, business analytics, or related field within a technology or high-growth environment.
• Proven success managing cross-departmental initiatives with disciplined milestone tracking and on-time delivery.
• Strong written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently with minimal oversight and influence across leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of Flex initiatives across Product, GTM and Operations teams.
• Operationalize programs by translating objectives into scalable processes, governance, roles, metrics, and plans.
• Manage programs from design through launch, adoption, and optimization with detailed plans and milestones.
• Define and track KPIs, driving adoption gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain business requirements, roadmaps, and readiness plans for programs.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and friction points, escalating as needed.
• Partner cross-functionally to resolve process gaps and implement durable solutions.
• Document current and future-state processes to establish scalable playbooks and controls.
• Assess downstream impacts and drive communication and change adoption.
