• Extensive experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Strong operations background and program management leadership.
• Ability to interface with multiple levels of the organization and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Communicate strategy between cross-functional teams to progress programs through launch phases.
• Monitor key metrics and customer satisfaction with BU and GOPs teams.
• Drive and steer business launch activities, including growth programs.
• Set up project schedules, financial parameters, and technical requirements for mass production.
• Translate customer requirements, specs, schedules, and budgets to teams and management.
• Review daily schedules, identify issues, and provide direction to resolve problems.
