Job summary

Cloud Software Group is seeking a Principal Operations Analyst, Flex Business Partner to lead high-impact Flex initiatives and translate strategic programs into scalable operating models across GTM, Product, and Operations. The role requires a self-starter who can operate with minimal direction and structure ambiguity.

You will design, launch, and operationalize programs, manage milestones, dependencies, and ownership while ensuring timely delivery and measurement against KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in operations, business analytics, or related field in tech/high-growth.
• Proven success managing high-impact initiatives requiring cross-departmental alignment.
• Strong written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while partnering across teams.
• Data-driven mindset with KPI definition and use of insights for decisions.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth, evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of Flex initiatives with stakeholders across Product, GTM, and Operations.
• Translate objectives into scalable processes, governance, roles, metrics, and execution plans.
• Manage programs from design through launch, adoption, and optimization with detailed plans.
• Define, track, and drive accountability to KPIs and program outcomes.
• Develop requirements, integrated project plans, and readiness plans for new programs.
• Identify risks, gaps, dependencies, and mitigation plans to protect timelines.
• Partner cross-functionally to resolve gaps and implement durable solutions.
• Document current and future-state processes to create scalable playbooks.
• Assess downstream impacts and drive communication and enablement across the field.
