Qualifications

• 7–10 years of direct experience in PS partner program development and management.
• Executive-level interaction with influence over senior stakeholders.
• Experience building global partner enablement systems for professional services.
• Experience partnering across diverse global teams (GSI, MSP, SI).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; practical equivalent welcomed.
• Strong understanding of program lifecycles, compliance frameworks, and cross-functional enablement workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Rubrik Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP) lifecycle.
• Enforce participation requirements to meet standards for service delivery and technical proficiency.
• Collaborate with PS Global Practice Leaders, Rubrik University, PS Leadership, and Services Engineering.
• Work with GSI, MSP, and SI partners to develop scalable enablement tracks.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance monitoring, and evolution of the program.
