Job summary

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of direct experience in Professional Services (PS) partner program development and management.
• Executive presence with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
• Proven success building and managing partner enablement systems for Global PS business.
• Experience partnering across global teams and GSI/MSP/SI environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field; equivalent practical experience welcomed.
• Strong understanding of program lifecycles, compliance, and cross-functional enablement workflows in global services.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the Rubrik Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP).
• Enforce program participation requirements to ensure partners meet Rubrik’s standards.
• Collaborate with PS Global Practice Leaders, Rubrik University, PS Leadership, and Services Engineering Manager.
• Develop and scale specialized partner tracks with GSI, MSP, and SI partners.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, ongoing performance monitoring, and program evolution.
