Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a strategic leader to own the Global Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP). This role drives end-to-end lifecycle management, governance, and cross-functional collaboration with PS leadership, Rubrik University, and Services Engineering to scale our partner ecosystem.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in PS partner program development, executive-level influence, and a track record building global enablement systems for a professional services business.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of direct experience in Professional Services (PS) partner program development and management.
• Executive presence with experience interacting with senior stakeholders to drive initiatives.
• Industry expertise in building and managing enablement systems for a Global Professional Services business.
• Organizational navigability across diverse global teams, including GSI, MSP, and SI environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field; equivalent practical experience welcomed.
• Program lifecycles, compliance frameworks, and cross-functional enablement workflows in a global services context.

Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Build and manage the Rubrik Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP), setting a world-class standard for partner excellence.
• Governance & Compliance: Enforce participation requirements to ensure partners meet high service delivery and technical standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align enablement goals with PS Global Practice Leaders, Rubrik University, PS Leadership, and Services Engineering Manager.
• Partner Ecosystem Enablement: Collaborate with GSI, MSP, and SI partners to develop and scale partner tracks.
• Lifecycle Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, ongoing performance monitoring, and evolution of the RPSP.
