Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a strategic leader to own the Global Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP). You will drive lifecycle management from recruitment to ongoing performance, ensuring partners meet Rubrik’s service and technical standards.

You will work with PS Global Practice Leaders, Rubrik University, and Services Engineering to align enablement with business goals, while engaging with executive stakeholders to push strategic initiatives across a global partner ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of direct PS partner program development and management experience.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.
• Experience building enablement systems for a Global Professional Services business.
• Experience partnering across global teams including GSI, MSP, and SI environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business or management.
• Strong understanding of program lifecycles, compliance frameworks, and cross‑functional workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Rubrik Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP) end‑to‑end.
• Enforce participation requirements to ensure high service delivery standards.
• Collaborate with PS Global Practice Leaders, Rubrik University, PS Leadership, and Services Eng.
• Partner with GSI, MSP, and SI enablement teams to scale partner tracks.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, ongoing performance monitoring, and evolution of the program.
