Rubrik seeks a strategic leader to build and manage the Global Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP). This role drives governance, cross-functional collaboration, and scalable partner tracks to ensure world-class partner performance and Rubrik service excellence.

With 7–10 years in PS partner programs and executive-level influence, you will own end-to-end lifecycle management, recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing program evolution across a global partner ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of direct experience in Professional Services (PS) partner program development and management.
• Executive-level interaction with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic program initiatives.
• Experience building and managing partner enablement systems for a Global PS business.
• Extensive experience partnering across diverse global teams and operational boundaries (GSI/MSP/SI).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management or related field; equivalent practical experience welcomed.
• Strong understanding of program lifecycles, compliance frameworks, and cross-functional enablement workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Rubrik Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP) end-to-end.
• Drive governance and compliance to meet Rubrik’s service delivery and technical proficiency standards.
• Collaborate with PS Global Practice Leaders, Rubrik University, PS Leadership, and Services Engineering Manager.
• Coordinate with GSI, MSP, and SI partners to develop scalable enablement tracks.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, ongoing performance monitoring, and program evolution.
