Rubrik is seeking a strategic leader to own the Global Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP). You will drive end-to-end lifecycle management, partner governance, and cross-functional collaboration to scale our partner ecosystem in support of Rubrik’s growth.

The role requires 7–10 years in PS partner program development, executive-facing influence, and a proven track record building enablement for a global services business. Location flexibility and strong leadership are key.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of PS partner program development and management.
• Executive-level interaction with senior stakeholders.
• Experience building enablement systems for a Global Professional Services business.
• Experience partnering across global teams including GSI, MSP, SI.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Rubrik Professional Services Partner Enablement program end-to-end.
• Enforce participation requirements for partner compliance.
• Collaborate with PS Global Practice Leaders, Rubrik University, PS Leadership, and Services Engineering.
• Develop and scale partner tracks with GSI, MSP, and SI partners.
• Oversee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance monitoring, and program evolution.
