Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Rubrik Professional Services Partner Enablement program lifecycle.
Drive governance and compliance to meet Rubrik's service delivery standards.
Collaborate with PS Global Practice Leaders and Services teams to align enablement goals.
Develop and scale partner tracks with GSI, MSP, and SI partners.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance monitoring and evolution.
