Job summary

Rubrik seeks a strategic leader to own the Global Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP), responsible for end-to-end lifecycle, governance, and cross-functional collaboration to scale our partner ecosystem. Qualifications

• 7-10 years of direct experience in PS partner program development and management.
• Executive-level interaction with senior stakeholders and ability to influence strategic initiatives.
• Experience building and managing enablement systems for a Global Professional Services business.
• Experience partnering across diverse global teams and GSI/MSP/SI environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field; equivalent practical experience accepted.
• Strong understanding of program lifecycles, compliance frameworks, and cross-functional enablement workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Rubrik Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP) lifecycle end-to-end.
• Drive governance and compliance to meet high service delivery and technical proficiency standards.
• Collaborate with PS Global Practice Leaders, Rubrik University, PS Leadership, and Services Engineering to align enablement with business goals.
• Partner with GSI, MSP, and SI networks to scale partner tracks and enablement.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance monitoring, and evolution of the program.
