Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a strategic leader to own the Global Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP). You will design, implement, and manage its lifecycle, ensuring partners meet standards while enabling scalable collaboration across PS, engineering, and sales.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of direct experience in Professional Services (PS) partner program development and management.
• Executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Industry expertise in global PS partner enablement.
• Experience partnering across global teams including GSI, MSP, and SI environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
• Strong understanding of program lifecycles, compliance frameworks, and cross-functional enablement workflows within a global services context.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the Rubrik Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP).
• Enforce program participation requirements to ensure partner compliance.
• Collaborate with PS Global Practice Leaders, Rubrik University, PS Leadership, and Services Engineering.
• Develop and scale partner tracks with GSI, MSP, and SI partners.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance monitoring, and program evolution.
