Airbnb is seeking a seasoned Payment Partnerships Manager to lead payout partner strategy and multi-market partnerships for hosts around the world. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in payments or fintech, with at least 8 years in strategic partnerships or enterprise account management.
• Proven success owning commercial negotiations and multi‑million dollar partnerships.
• Ability to craft and execute partner strategies that drive growth and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve payout partner strategy with Payments, Product, Compliance and Finance teams.
• Identify partners in markets, structure new deals, renegotiate relationships to optimize cost, reach and reliability.
• Own and cultivate relationships with financial institutions, processors, banks and key partners at executive level.
• Lead strategic business reviews, address performance or operational issues, and drive cross‑functional alignment.
• Scale payout infrastructure by aligning regional needs, market conditions and regulatory environments.
