You will maintain executive contacts, oversee implementations, and coordinate with sales to identify opportunities for Worldpay products and services. The role demands strong leadership, negotiation skills, and cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced payments environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
• Proven track record in client relationship management and/or the sales of technology products and services.
• Experience in financial institutions or related sales-marketing-consulting-support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains executive-level contact with clients, representing the Enterprise to the client and vice versa.
• Manages client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, communication, retention, and expansion opportunities.
• Liaises for service delivery, oversees projects and implementations, and coordinates account plan activities.
