Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Partnership Manager Specialist to advance strategic client relationships and drive revenue growth for the Enterprise base.

You will manage executive-level communications, coordinate implementations, and lead quarterly business reviews to align with client goals. You will identify new business opportunities, ensure service excellence, and collaborate with sales for new Worldpay products, while overseeing change initiatives and ensuring staff readiness.

Qualifications

• Proven client relationship management experience.
• Proven track record in selling technology products/services.
• Financial industry experience or data processing knowledge.
• Ability to represent enterprise products to clients and the industry.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills for contract renewals.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and personnel management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintains executive-level contact, managing strategic client relationships.
• Ensures client satisfaction, ongoing communications and retention activities.
• Acts as liaison for service, coordinating implementations and account plans.
• Identifies new opportunities and coordinates with sales for Worldpay products.
• Monitors quarterly/monthly business reviews to align with client strategy.
• Oversees change initiatives and measures improvements.
• Maintains knowledge of products, services, and company policies.
• Ensures staff training on new products/releases.
• Travel required at 30%.
• May work at Worldpay or client locations.
