Partner Company in the United States is seeking a leader to own the roadmap and execution of partner programs across acquisition, commitment, and consumption. You will work with multiple teams to turn complex strategies into scalable, practical programs that drive growth and value.

In this remote-first role, you will lead global programs, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, optimize the partner journey, and develop commercial incentives with Finance and ecosystem leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in partner programs, channel strategy, or ecosystem operations.
• Strong program management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with SaaS, cloud computing, or DevOps ecosystems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead global partner programs and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
• Optimize the partner journey and develop commercial incentives with Finance and ecosystem leadership.
• Maintain program governance, drive adoption, and measure performance through KPIs.
