Job summary

Intuit, Inc. in Boston seeks a Manager, Partner Program Operations to lead the Global Partner Program operations, onboarding, tiering, incentives, and governance across partner tracks for the Intuit Partner Suite (IPS).

You will hire, coach, and grow a small team while standing up the operating model, coordinating with Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Legal to ensure policy, process, and systems stay in lockstep and drive a successful launch and migration of legacy partners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Program Management, Partner/Channel Ops or related field.
• 2+ years of people management or leading teams/contract programs.
• Experience standing up or scaling an operations function from the ground up.
• Comfort with BRDs, PRM/CRM platforms, and automation without being an engineer.
• Strong analytical and program-management discipline with multi-workstream cadence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management, able to influence senior leaders and engineering partners.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, and manage a small mixed team; set priorities and grow staffing as scope scales.
• Own operations end-to-end: onboarding, lifecycle, performance, tiering, incentives, governance.
• Redefine the Sales Ops remit for the GPP: BRD/SOP ownership, incentive design, and unified operating model.
• Manage partner tiering, segmentation, comp plans, and rules of engagement.
• Represent Partner Program Operations with Design, Sales, Data & Systems Eng., Enablement, Finance and Legal.
• Drive launch readiness and migrate legacy partners to the new IPS platform.
