Job summary

Intuit, Inc. in Mountain View, CA, is seeking a Manager, Partner Program Operations to lead the Global Partner Program (GPP) operations, onboarding, tiering, incentives, and governance.

You will hire and coach a small team while shaping the operating model that aligns Partner Program and Sales. You will collaborate with Design, Sales, Data/Systems Engineering, Enablement, Finance and Legal to drive launch readiness and roll out the IPS platform.

Qualifications

• Operations leadership: 7+ years in Sales/Revenue/Program or Partner/Channel Operations.
• People management: 2+ years leading teams, contractors, or cross‑functional programs.
• Zero-to-One Builder: Proven experience standing up or scaling an operations function—from process, systems, to team.
• Technical fluency: Comfortable with BRDs, PRM/CRM platforms, automation; translate between business and tech.
• Program rigor: Strong analytical and program-management discipline; run multi‑workstream cadence.
• Executive communication: Excellent stakeholder management; influence senior leaders and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Build & Lead the Team: Hire, onboard, coach growth, size the team as scope scales.
• Own GPP Operations End to End: Onboarding, lifecycle, tiering, support, incentives, governance.
• Redefine the Sales Ops Remit for GPP: BRD/SOP ownership, incentive and automation design, unified model.
• Program & Incentive Ops: Execute partner tiering, segmentation, comp plans, rules of engagement.
• Cross‑Functional Partnership: Represent operations with Design, Sales, Data, Finance, Legal.
• Launch Readiness: Drive execution for the GPP launch and migration of legacy partners.
