Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a Manager, Partner Program Operations to build and lead the team responsible for the Global Partner Program (GPP). You will own onboarding, tiering, incentives, governance, and the unified operating rhythm aligning Partner Program and Sales.

The role emphasizes hiring, coaching, and scaling an end-to-end operations function across BRD/SOP ownership, automation, and cross-functional partnerships with Finance, Legal, Data and Systems Engineering.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Program Management, or Partner/Channel Operations.
• 2+ years of people management or demonstrated leadership of teams or cross-functional programs.
• Experience building or scaling an operations function from the ground up.
• Comfort with BRDs, PRM/CRM platforms, and automation without being an engineer.
• Strong analytical and program-management discipline with cross-functional accountability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management, capable of influencing senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a small team; set priorities, coach for growth, and size the team as scope scales.
• Own GPP operations end to end: onboarding, lifecycle, tiering, incentives, and governance.
• Redefine Sales Ops remit for GPP: BRD/SOP ownership, automation design, and unified operating model.
• Program and incentive ops: tiering, segmentation, comp plans, and rules of engagement.
• Cross-functional partnership with Design, Sales, Data/Systems Eng, Enablement, Finance, and Legal.
• Drive launch readiness for the Global Partner Program and migrate legacy partners.
