Job summary

Intuit Inc. is hiring a Manager, Partner Program Operations to lead the Global Partner Program (GPP) operations. You will own onboarding, lifecycle, tiering, incentives, and governance, while shaping the operating model and BRD/SOP ownership for a unified partner framework.

You will build and guide a small team, partnering with Sales, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Enablement to ensure smooth, scalable partner experiences across all tracks and migrations to the new platform.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Operations Leadership experience in Sales/Revenue/Partner Operations or related field.
• 2+ years of people management experience or leading teams/contractors.
• Experience standing up or scaling an operations function from the ground up—process, systems, and team.
• Comfort with BRD/PRM/CRM platforms and automation without being an engineer.
• Strong analytical and program-management discipline with multi-workstream cadence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management at VP+ level.

Responsibilities

• Build & Lead the Team: hire, onboard, manage a small mixed team; set priorities and scale staffing.
• Own GPP Operations End to End: manage onboarding, lifecycle, tiering, incentives, governance.
• Redefine the Sales Ops Remit for GPP: transition execution and own BRD/SOP, incentive design, and unified model.
• Program & Incentive Ops: run partner tiering, segmentation, comp plans, and rules of engagement.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: represent Operations with Design, Sales, Data, Enablement, Finance, Legal.
• Launch Readiness: drive execution for GPP launch and migration of legacy partners.
