Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a strategic leader to develop and manage the Global Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP). This role ensures partner compliance, drives cross-functional collaboration, and scales the partner ecosystem in line with Rubrik’s growth.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in PS partner program development, strong executive presence, and proven ability to lead global enablement initiatives within a services business.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of direct experience in Professional Services (PS) partner program development and management.
• Executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience building and managing partner enablement systems for Global PS business.
• Extensive experience partnering across diverse global teams including GSI, MSP, SI.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong understanding of program lifecycles, compliance frameworks, and cross-functional enablement workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the Rubrik Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP).
• Enforce participation requirements to meet Rubrik’s standards for service delivery and proficiency.
• Collaborate with PS Global Practice Leaders, Rubrik University, PS Leadership and Services Engineering Manager.
• Partner with GSI, MSP, and SI partners to develop scalable partner tracks.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance monitoring and evolution.
