Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a strategic leader to own the Global Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP) and drive its end-to-end lifecycle, from recruitment to ongoing optimization.

You will partner with PS leaders, Rubrik University, and Services Engineering to ensure governance, compliance, and scalable partner tracks across GSI, MSP, and SI ecosystems. This role requires executive presence and 7–10 years in PS partner programs.

Qualifications

• Experience: 7-10 years of direct experience in Professional Services (PS) partner program development and management.
• Executive presence with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
• Industry expertise in building and managing partner enablement systems for a Global Professional Services business.
• Organizational navigability across diverse global teams and operational boundaries (GSI, MSP, SI).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field; equivalent practical experience welcomed.
• Program management: strong understanding of lifecycles, compliance frameworks, and cross-functional enablement workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the Rubrik Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP), establishing it as a world-class standard for partner excellence.
• Drive governance and compliance to meet Rubrik’s service delivery and technical proficiency standards.
• Collaborate with PS Global Practice Leaders, Rubrik University, PS Leadership, and Services Engineering Manager to align enablement goals with business objectives.
• Develop and scale partner tracks with GSI, MSP, and SI partners.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of the RPSP, including recruitment, onboarding, ongoing performance monitoring, and program evolution.
