Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a strategic leader to build and manage the Global Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP). This role ensures partner compliance, drives cross-functional collaboration, and scales the partner ecosystem to support Rubrik’s growth.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in PS partner program development, executive presence, and global collaboration across GSI/MSP/SI networks. Bachelor’s degree required; strong program management experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of direct experience in Professional Services partner program development and management.
• Executive presence with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
• Industry expertise in building/ managing partner enablement systems for a Global PS business.
• Experience partnering across diverse global teams and GSI/MSP/SI environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management or related field; practical experience welcomed.
• Strong understanding of program lifecycles, compliance frameworks, and cross-functional enablement workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Rubrik Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP) lifecycle.
• Drive governance and compliance to meet Rubrik’s service delivery and technical standards.
• Collaborate with PS Global Practice Leaders, Rubrik University, PS Leadership, and Services Engineering Manager.
• Partner with GSI, MSP, and SI enablement teams to scale partner tracks.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance monitoring, and program evolution.
