Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a strategic leader to build and manage the Global Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP). This role ensures partner compliance and enables scalable collaboration across Rubrik’s services ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate operational rigor, relationship-building, and deep program management experience to drive partner success and professional services excellence.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of direct experience in Professional Services (PS) partner program development and management.
• Executive-level interaction with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic program initiatives.
• Industry expertise in building and managing partner enablement systems for a Global Professional Services business.
• Extensive experience partnering across diverse global teams and operational boundaries (GSI, MSP, SI).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field; equivalent practical experience welcomed.
• Strong understanding of program lifecycles, compliance frameworks, and cross-functional enablement workflows in a global services context.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Rubrik Professional Services Partner Enablement program lifecycle.
• Enforce program participation requirements to ensure high standards for service delivery and technical proficiency.
• Collaborate with PS Global Practice Leaders, Rubrik University, PS Leadership, and Services Engineering Manager to align enablement goals with business objectives.
• Partner with GSI, MSP, and SI teams to develop and scale partner tracks.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, ongoing performance monitoring, and evolution of the program.
