Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a senior leader to own and scale the Global Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP). You will drive governance, ensure partner compliance, and collaborate across PS leadership, Rubrik University, and Services Engineering to align enablement with business objectives.

The role oversees recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing performance management. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in PS partner program management, executive presence, and a track record of scaling

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of direct experience in Professional Services (PS) partner program development and management.
• Executive presence with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
• Industry expertise in building and managing partner enablement systems for a Global PS business.
• Extensive experience partnering across diverse global teams including GSI, MSP, and SI environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field; equivalent practical experience welcome.
• Strong understanding of program lifecycles, compliance frameworks, and cross-functional enablement workflows in a global services context.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Rubrik Global Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP) and establish world-class partner standards.
• Drive governance and compliance to ensure partners meet service delivery and technical proficiency.
• Collaborate with PS Global Practice Leaders, Rubrik University, PS Leadership, and Services Engineering to align enablement goals.
• Develop and scale partner tracks with GSI, MSP, and SI partners.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance monitoring, and program evolution.
