Job summary

Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking a Director of Global Partner Delivery to build and lead a formal program that enables our Professional Services organization to scale through a high-performing ecosystem of delivery partners.

The role holds end-to-end accountability for the operating model, standards, governance, and performance mechanisms needed to deliver consistent customer outcomes through partners. Collaboration across Services, Alliances, Sales, and Product is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in professional services, enterprise software, or related field.
• 5+ years leading service delivery programs or global transformations.
• Experience governing systems integrators or outsourced delivery providers in an enterprise SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the global partner delivery program with operating model, governance, and standards.
• Establish partner selection, onboarding, certification, tiering, and lifecycle management.
• Define delivery standards, playbooks, gates, and escalation protocols for partner engagements.
• Implement a consistent performance framework with partner scorecards and quarterly reviews.
• Scale partner-delivered services with repeatable packages and capacity planning.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and Alliances to set commercial standards and SOWs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering on delivery readiness and customer outcomes.
