Job summary

Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking a Director of Global Partner Delivery to architect and lead a formal global program enabling our Professional Services to scale via a high-performing partner ecosystem.

The role is accountable for the operating model, standards, governance, and performance mechanisms ensuring partner-delivered customer outcomes, quality, and efficiency across regions and functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in professional services, enterprise software implementation, partner delivery, or related discipline.
• At least five years of leadership experience managing service delivery programs, partner ecosystems, or global transformation initiatives.
• Experience governing systems integrators, consulting firms, or outsourced delivery providers in an enterprise SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of implementation methodologies, project governance, quality management, resource planning, and customer-risk management.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into operating processes, metrics, controls, and repeatable execution.
• Experience developing partner scorecards, service-level expectations, certification standards, and performance-improvement plans.

Responsibilities

• Build the global service delivery partner operating model with governance, engagement processes, and program structure.
• Define partner segments and delivery models by capability, geography, industry, and complexity.
• Establish partner selection, onboarding, certification, tiering, remediation, and offboarding criteria.
• Create a scalable partner lifecycle from qualification to delivery readiness and ongoing performance.
• Clarify responsibilities across Services, Alliances, Sales, Customer Success, and partners throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Develop a capacity-planning model aligning forecasted demand with partner capability and availability.
• Define minimum delivery standards including methodology, governance, and security.
• Create playbooks, quality gates, escalation protocols, and implementation controls.
• Ensure partners demonstrate delivery proficiency before leading customer engagements.
