Job summary

Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking a Director of Global Partner Delivery to build and lead a formal, scalable program that enables our Professional Services organization to scale through a high-performing ecosystem of delivery partners. The role carries end-to-end accountability for operating models, standards, governance, and performance mechanisms to deliver consistent customer outcomes through partners.

Qualifications

10+ years in professional services, enterprise software implementation, or partner delivery.
Demonstrated leadership of global delivery programs and complex ecosystems.
Strong understanding of governance, metrics, and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

Design and implement the global service delivery partner operating model, including governance and processes.
Define partner segments, onboarding, certification, tiering, and lifecycle management.
Establish partner performance metrics, scorecards, and quarterly business reviews.
Scale partner-delivered services with repeatable packages and capacity planning.
Lead cross-functional alignment with Alliances, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Finance.
