Epic is hiring an Operations Center Technician to help maintain business continuity across its global campuses by monitoring alerts and responding to emergencies from their Facilities Command Center. Relocation to Madison, WI is required, with assistance provided. The ideal candidate has experience in security operations, strong situational awareness, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• Experience in security operations or a related high-volume field preferred.
• Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, real-time environment.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Willingness to relocate to the Madison, WI area.
• Openness to 2nd and 3rd shift, as well as weekend days.
• COVID-19 vaccination required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time alerts and manage security systems.
• Oversee building operations from the Facilities Command Center.
• Identify and respond to issues using video feeds and system data.
• Coordinate emergency responses during disruptions.
