Epic is seeking an Operations Center Technician at our Madison, WI campus. The role involves ensuring business continuity by monitoring alerts and overseeing security and building operations. Responsibilities include managing real-time emergencies and working with internal teams and emergency services. Ideal candidates will have experience in security operations, strong decision-making skills, and must be open to shifts, including weekends. Qualifications

• Experience in security operations, emergency response, or a related high-volume field preferred.
• Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, real-time environment.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (relocation assistance available).
• Openness to 2nd and 3rd shift, as well as weekend days.
• COVID-19 vaccination.
