Job summary

Epic is seeking an Operations Center Technician to support the maintenance of business continuity at our Madison, WI campus. This role requires strong situational awareness and the ability to respond to emergencies while coordinating with internal teams. Qualifications

• Experience in security operations, emergency response, or a related high-volume field preferred.
• COVID-19 vaccination required.
• Openness to 2nd and 3rd shift, as well as weekend availability.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain business continuity by monitoring alerts and systems.
• Coordinate emergency responses to various disruptions.
• Oversee building operations from the Facilities Command Center.
