Transaction Network Services is seeking an experienced IP Desk professional to support the Financial Markets infrastructure. You will handle incident tickets, triage issues, and coordinate with NOC engineers to ensure rapid restoration of services.

The role requires hands-on routing gear experience (Cisco/Arista/Juniper), ITIL familiarity, and strong customer communication. The position involves 24x7 coverage on a rotation basis, with exposure to global markets and high-availability networks.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience troubleshooting circuits.
• 3–5 years’ experience in Network Operations and Troubleshooting.
• ITIL Certification.
• Experience with NOC environments and external customers.
• CS degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Financial Markets knowledge (Equity, Futures, Options) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide support of global large scale TCP/IP, VPN and MPLS networks including OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, RIP, IS-IS.
• Hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco, Arista and Juniper routers and switches.
• Vendor management and TAC interactions.
• Second-level network and protocol troubleshooting and debugging.
• Coordinate network maintenance/change management per policy.
• On-call escalation support on a rotating schedule.
• Incident management and handover to NOC for restoration.
• Monitor event systems, inbound emails, and calls; raise incidents and triage.
