Job summary

Transaction Network Services seeks an experienced Network Operations professional to support the Global IP Desk, ensuring stability and high availability of the Financial Markets infrastructure. You will raise incidents, coordinate escalation with engineers, and deliver quality service to TNS customers.

The role requires hands-on routing, firewall and hardware troubleshooting on Cisco/Arista/Juniper gear, plus strong communication and teamwork across a 24x7 global team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience with troubleshooting circuits.
• 3–5 years’ experience with Network Operations and Troubleshooting.
• Experience in financial markets support preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• CS degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• ITIL Certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Resolve IP network routing, hardware and protocol issues.
• Hands-on configuration/troubleshooting of Cisco/Arista/Juniper devices.
• Raise and triage incidents using the ticketing system.
• Coordinate maintenance per Change Management Policy.
• Provide on-call escalation support on rotating schedule.
• Support 24x7 IP Desk coverage as part of a global team.
