Job summary

Transaction Network Services in the United States is seeking a skilled Network Operations professional to join the Financial Markets Global IP Desk. You will handle incident tickets, perform troubleshooting of IP routing, VPN, MPLS, and coordinate with NOC engineers to restore services for financial market clients.

The role requires hands-on experience with Cisco, Arista, and Juniper equipment, ITIL processes, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in CS or equivalent preferred.
• ITIL Certification preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco/Arista/Juniper hardware.
• Experience in NOC environments and change management.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, VPN, MPLS.

Responsibilities

• Provide incident tickets and triage per runbooks.
• Support IP routing and network issues in large-scale environments.
• Coordinate with NOC engineers on escalations.
• Maintain 24x7 coverage on rotation.
