Job summary

Transaction Network Services seeks an experienced IT professional to join the Financial Markets IP Desk. You will support global TCP/IP networks, raise and triage incidents, and coordinate with NOC engineers to ensure rapid resolution.

The role requires hands-on routing hardware experience, ITIL knowledge, and excellent communication skills, with a willingness to work a rotating, 24x7 schedule in a financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience with troubleshooting circuits.
• Experience with Network Operations and Troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication, customer, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex IP network routing, hardware, and protocol issues.
• Raise incident tickets and triage using defined runbooks.
• Coordinate with NOC engineers for incident resolution.
• Provide on-call escalation support on a rotating schedule.
• Support 24x7 IP Desk coverage as part of a global team.
