Job summary

Transaction Network Services seeks a skilled network professional to support the Global IP Desk, ensuring stability and availability of Financial Markets infrastructure. You will handle incident tickets, perform triage and engage NOC engineers to drive incidents to resolution.

The role requires hands-on experience with Cisco, Arista and Juniper devices, routing protocols, and a strong customer-facing mindset. ITIL knowledge and a background in financial markets are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years troubleshooting networks and incident management.
• Experience with financial markets infrastructure or MSP/ISEV environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for global TCP/IP, VPN and MPLS networks (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, RIP, IS-IS).
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco, Arista and Juniper routers and switches.
• Interact with Cisco/Juniper TAC for issues.
• Second-level network troubleshooting and debugging.
• Coordinate and support network maintenance and change management activities.
